Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with anything at Little Grove Dental, please contact The practice manager at Little Grove Dental in the first instance. We can give you a copy of our complaints procedure if necessary. We will acknowledge your complaint or concern within three working days of receipt and we will investigate your complaint within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
